An early-mid C19 timber-framed and plastered house. Two storeys. Two window range, C20 metal casements with horizontal glazing bars. There is a central six-panel door with a small pedimented hood on brackets. Roof slate, with a central square chimney stack. Included for group value.

Old White Horse, 1 and 2 White Horse Cottages, St Michaels Cottages, Vale House, The Folly, Tyle Barn, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, with Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage and House of Retreat form a group.
