The 'ornate Victorian cast iron decoration' is the bow shape and re-curved bow shape under the shop's name. Over the years, the small gaps in the tracery have filled in with each re-painting. You have to look closely to see the detail. The looped glazing bars of the door, and its curved foot panel with stiff-leaf decoration, also deserve mentioning.
