House. Early C18, altered and extended C19. Dressed ironstone, part ashlar,
asbestos slate roof, coped gable to left, brick chimneys on stone bases to left
and centre. 2 storeys, 2 original bays. C19-C20 3-light barred wooden casements
with stone sills, ground floor windows with Uppingham stone lintels. Small
single light to right of centre. C20 door to left of centre with stone lintel
and keyblock, and cast iron boot-scraper to right. Mid C19 extension of one bay
to right with Welsh slate roof and large 4-pane sashes. Late C19-C20 brick wing
to left, of 2 storeys and 2 bays, with Welsh slate roof, wooden casements and
central door in glazed lean-to porch.
