A Cl8 timber-framed and plastered house, renovated in the C20. 2 storeys. 3
window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A central C20 glazed door
has a semi circular fanlight with ornamental glazing bars and a doorcase with
pilasters and an open pediment on console brackets. Roof tiled, hipped, double
pitched. The front is protected by early C19 cast iron railings with arched heads,
gate and gateposts.

All the listed buildings around The Green form a group. (Nos 8,10,38,52 and 25 are
buildings of local interest.
