Terrace. Mid C19. Brick stuccoed, channelled gound floor. Four storeys with basement and attic. 12 bays in all, terrace of irregular shape on corner site. Quoins. Projecting Tuscan porches, bowed porch to angled bay. Sash windows. Casements or sashes in pilaster and hood surrounds. Triple groups to No 212. Balustraded balconies. Floor bands. Modillion cornice. Iron basement railings. Sussex Gardens, known originally as Grand Junction Road, formed an important feature of the original layout of Bayswater.
