Gates and steps leading from south end of west terrace to sunken garden.
Probably C18. Wrought-iron and stone. Double gates with stick balusters
and dog-bars, and scrolled cresting, with scrolled open-work standards and
flamboyantly scrolled and spiked supporters. Inside the garden and leading
down from the gates, a flight of 9 steps with a roll-moulded treads, curving
outwards in the descent.
