House and adjoining cottage. Early C19. Plastered cob on rubble footings; rubble stacks topped with C19 bricks; thatch roof. L-shaped building. 2 room main range facing south-east with rear block at right angles behind left (south-east) end. Park House occupies all the front wing and adjoining room of rear wing. Park House Cottage occupies back 2 rooms of rear block. All 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front comprising C19 3-light horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars and some original crown glass to first floor but similar have been replaced on ground floor by C20 casements without glazing bars. Central wide C19 part-glazed 6-panel door with panelled reveals, moulded doorcase and flat hood with panelled soffit and shaped timber brackets. Front wall bows slightly forward. Roof is hipped each end and has deep eaves to front with slate roof. South eastern (left) front, to Park House has similar first floor C19 3-light horizontal sliding sash and ground floor C20 casement. Park House Cottage has late C19 early C20 casements with glazing bars. Park House interior includes some early C19 joinery and plasterwork. Roofs not inspected. Formerly known as Raymonts Bakery.
