Farm house, C16, with brick and timber frame walls and pantile roof. Two storey house with single storey range to rear (west) and lean-to extension to north. South end (two windows) jettied timber frame to street, built off flint plinth. North end and south gable wall to ground floor built of narrow brick in English Bond. C20 casement window in reduced opening with chamfered reveals and hood mould. Off centre six panel door in timber frame section with smaller Tudor arched head above. Blocked window to right. C20 windows. End chimney stacks. Late C18 single storey rear extension, with eastern hip and parapet gable with tumbling in. Brick dentil eaves. Window in west gable with semi circular brick arch and hood mould. The Old Cottages and Farm-Houses of Norfolk.
