A range of pleasant C18 cottages. 2 storeys. 1 window each. Nos 21 to
25 have an extra storey, which in the case of No 25 is below the ground
floor on account of the steep slope of the hill. Nos 21, 22 and 23 are
hung with tiles, the remainder fronted with weatherboarding. Tiled roofs,
Nos 28 and 29 have 1 dormer each. These 2 houses also have flat hoods
to the doors. Doorways up several steps. No 29 has a slightly curved ground
floor window. Group value. See also Nos 56 and 57 HIGH STREET (The Mint).
