A tablet on this records "This house was built by Samuel Jeake A.D, 1689".
Built of stone rubble with sandstone and brick quoins, Tiled roof with
tile-hung gable in the centre of the north front and 1 dormer on either
side of it. Casement windows. Doorway in frame with small flat hood over.
The east side of the house has a tile-hung gable.
