Former brewhouse to SE of Dairy Cottage

Brewhouse, now outbuilding. c.1777. Flemish bond red brick; gabled old plain
tile roof; brick end stack. One-unit plan. North gable end has flat gauged
brick arch over panelled half-glazed double doors; dentilled brick eaves.
Interior: 2-bay butt-purlin roof. Built as part of farm complex shown on 1778
map of Mistley Hall estate (now in Essex Records Office).
