House. Early C18 although the upper floor was probably added
in C19. Dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2
rooms on each of 3 floors, formerly with a central door but
now with a porch (C19) to the right and with a carriage
house and stables adjoined to the left (now a dining room).
Central door now blocked. 2 3-light windows on each floor
all with flat-faced stone mullions and surrounds and leaded
lights. The second floor windows have transoms and small
gables above. The later porch has a C20 tile hipped roof.
Gable stacks. The right gable is part of a C19 wing which
no longer exists. The carriage house has a blocked carriage
entry. Rear has C20 door and window on ground floor and 2 2-
light timber mullion and transom windows to first and second
and 2 small gables above with vents.
