Single house, now 2 houses. 1779. Red brick. Slate roof.
2 red brick gable stacks. Dentil eaves. 2 storeys, plus garret,
3 bays. Central doorway with originally panelled door and
segmental arched overlight. Either side are single glazing bar
sashes with rendered lintels. Above are 2 tripartite glazing bar
cross Yorkshire sashes with single central glazing bar cross
casement, all under segmental arches. Left gable wall with 22
bricks each inscribed with a builder's initials and dated 1779.
