circa 1830-40 enlargement or rebuilding of former cottage. 2 storeys stucco.
Low pitch hipped slate roof with flat eaves. 2 windows 1st floor (south front),
one a marginal glazed 2 light casement, the other an altered small modern
casement. Ground floor has small casement and to right a canted bay window
with marginal glazed lights, hippedslate roof with jettied eaves. 4 panel
door off centre in jettied porch with bargeboards and leaf scrolled iron supports.
Recessed wing of 2 storeys to west similar roof. 2 windows to both floors,
marginal glazed casements, scalloped edged blind cases. A further single
storey extension to west. The east end of house, opposite gate has one marginal
glazed casement 1st floor. On ground floor marginaglazed casement 1st floor.
On ground floor marginal glazed and panelled double door with gabled bargeboarded
porch similar to main entrance. Picturesque.
