Farmhouse.C17 with additions and alterations particularly
in the C19. Formerly timber-framed on a stone plinth but now
largely brick with a rendered front elevation and slate and
stone slate roofs. Irregular 2-storey plan of 3 bays.
Symmetrical twin gabled front elevation with central
picturesque Gothic porch, 2 2-light mullion and transom
casement windows on the ground floor and 3 on the first.
Ornate pierced bargeboards. 2 gabled wings of differing
heights project at the rear and have square-panel timber
framing which has largely been covered by planted timbers.
