House. c1830. Brick with concrete tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and one bay. The ground-floor window is
fixed with glazing bars. On the 1st floor there is a C20
casement set into an earlier sash box. The doorway, at the
left, has a doorcase with engaged reeded columns, plain
frieze, and a small leaded hood. The door is faced with
hardboard, and the overlight has margin panes. The gutter is
carried on paired rectangular brackets. Chimney on right-hand
gable.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value with other early C19 houses on
Bishopgate Street.
