House. c1830-5. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and one bay. The windows are sashed. The
doorway, at the right, has a doorcase with panelled pilasters,
a door with 6 raised and fielded panels, and a rectangular
overlight divided into 2 square panes. The timber gutter is
carried on paired brackets. Shared chimneys at left in front
of and behind ridge.
