Late C18. Three storeys, attic and basement, red brick, bands between storeys, plain wood frieze, gable end slate roof. One wide dormer with paired glazing bar sashes, three window front with entrance to right hand bay ground floor. Recessed sashes, no glazing bars, flat gauged arches. Door of six fielded panels with plain semi-circular fanlight in painted wood doorcase of engaged Corinthian columns, broken entablature ornamented on each face with a vase in flat relief, open pediment. The entrance is approached by flight of three stone steps with C19 cast iron shaped arrow head rails returned to area. Basement has tripartite sash window glazing bars intact.
Interior has late C18 staircase, open string, shaped brackets, turned balusters, swept continuous moulded handrail.
Nos 5 to 13 (consec) form a group.
