Mid C18 house altered. 3 storeys red brick now rendered with chamfered quoins
and bands between storeys. Elaborate entablature with fluted scroll brackets
on frieze to cornice with dentil bed mould broken forward over each bracket.
3 windows to 2nd floor, recessed sashes glazing bars intact, flat arches with
keystones. One sash window similar and canted bay windows C19, to left on 1st
floor. The ground floor had C19 shop front and rusticated Doric pilastered doorways
now replaced by modern built out shop front.
All the listed buildings on the East Side form a group.
