Outbuildings to Eyewell House. 1924-1925 by Sir E Guy Dawber. Local lias stone cut and squared; plain clay tiled gabled
roofs; stone chimney stack. Forming a quadrangle on north side of building and linked by a matching stone wall with 3
courses of roofing tile as coping, with wooden gate. Generally detailed to match house, but some walls notably to
stable clad with tarred weatherboarding, small pane casement windows, plain doors; gable with segmental arched opening,
now part blocked, in north range. Part of the original design of this C20 house, Eyewell (qv), and an essential part of
its setting.
