3/196 North Creedy Farmhouse

GV II


Small farmhouse. Probably late C18-early C19. Plastered cob on rubble footings;
rubble stacks with C19 and C20 brick chimney shafts; thatched roof. 2-room double
depth house facing south-east. Central staircase plan with stacks in end walls. 2
storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of C19 casements with glazing bars, outer 3-
light casements and first floor centre 2 lights over central 6-panel door and
overlight with simple glazing bars. Roof hipped each end flanked by tall chimney
shafts. Plain carpentry detail inside.
