Circa 1840 row, altered. 3 storeys and basement red brick, wood frieze and cornice,
common slate roof, in part later mansard, dormers. 2 windows each, later glazing,
flat stucco arches, 5 storey canted bays from basement to 1st floor, pilasters,
cornices, aprons. Doors of 4 moulded panels, pilaster framed with projecting cornices,
Arca railings. Listed for group value.

All the listed buildings on the East side, from Nos 31 to 115 (odd), including
Gibson's Hotel, form a group.
