3 houses. c.1835. Stucco with slate roofs. 2-storey, 3-
bay centre flanked by lower projecting 2-storey with
basement, 2-bay gabled blocks. Centre has string course
over ground floor and 1st floor sill course, top entablature
and blocking course. Windows have eared architraves and
are sashed, no glazing bars. Central porch has round-headed
entrance, paired pilasters, entablature and parapet.
Flanking blocks have ornamental bargeboards with pendants.
Ground floors with canted bay windows, with segmental-headed
sashes. 1st floors with segmental-headed windows and eared
architraves, sashes with 2 round-headed lights. Gabled
porches have tented canopies and balustrades over round-
headed entrances. 2 pairs of gate piers with segmental
pediments and ornamental iron railings and gates to front
garden and areas, missing to No. 40. Rear similar, with
basement. End canted gabled bays. Central rectangular bay
windows. Ornate iron verandah and balcony.
