House, now shop. Possibly C16 with C18 extension attached at
rear; restored and partly rebuilt c1930. Timber-framed with
plastered infilling; extension of orange-red brick in English
garden-wall bond; tiled roof with brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 1-window gabled front, with
jettied first floor and restored timber-framing exposed. Shop
door flanked by original posts with C20 nail-studded door
beneath ogee-arched lintel, to left of shop window. Upper
floor windows are of 3 lights with timber mullions and leaded
square-lattice lights. 2-storey extension has renewed windows
on each floor.
