House. Mid C19, altered C20. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, one bay. The windows are C20 casements
with shallow segmental brick arches. At the left there is a
moulded painted stone or stucco door surround with
semicircular head. The door is C20 and has an overlight.
Corbelled brick eaves. Shared chimney to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value as an integral part of a good group
of buildings on Lord Mayor's Walk.
