GV II

House. Mid C19. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. The single ground-floor window is sashed
and the 2 windows on the 2nd floor are similar. The 1st floor
window is a canted timber oriel with sashes, a panelled base,
and a cornice. At the right there is a low doorway leading to
a passageway, with a segmental brick arch. At the left there
is a timber doorcase with pilasters with a sunken convex
moulding, scalloped caps, and shaped brackets carrying a
cornice hood. The 4-panel door has a semicircular overlight.
