House, now shop. c1840, altered in C20. Grey-pink brick in
Flemish bond; flat roof of asphalt concealed by stone-coped
brick parapet.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window front to Low Petergate, 1-window
front to Church Street. Shopfront returns on both fronts with
glazed corner door. Windows are 12-pane sashes to both fronts,
except for one 12-pane replacement on first floor of Low
Petergate front: all have painted stone sills and cambered
flat arches.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
