House with shop. 1836-39, with C20 shopfront. Painted brick,
with slate roof and brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 2-window front. On first and second
floors, windows are 12-pane sashes, on third floor unequal
9-pane sashes; sill bands to second and third floor windows.
Beneath sill bands are full width advertising panels in
moulded surrounds.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
