House, now offices. Early C19. Part timber-framed with
rendered brick front and plain tile roof, the front range
being continuous with No.105 (qv).
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range; 2 gabled extensions to
rear. Plain parapet with broad string band above 1st-floor
windows. 3 sash windows on 1st floor with segmental heads,
that in the centre with 12 panes and those on either side of
16 panes. C20 boxed fascia with perspex letters over ground
floor with combined entrance door and shop front of early C19
with flat hood on consoles. Door has thin pilasters and
broader pilasters flanking plate-glass shop window. C20 glazed
door, but recessed with moulded panelled reveals and
horizontal fanlight over. 2 stone steps and wrought-iron
handrail with boot scraper. The western part of facade has C20
plate-glass window, in deepened old sash-window opening, with
segmental head and glass louvres in upper part.
The rear elevation has 2 unequally projecting rendered gables,
of late timber-framing and that to east with a 16-pane sash on
1st floor. Flat-roofed extension in rear garden.
