House. Late C19. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 bays. In C17 'cottage ornee' style. Central
gabled porch, cross windows to ground floor, 2 gabled dormers.
Deep bracketed eaves, centre and left end corniced stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Built in the style of a lodge house, it was close to the drive
to Headingley Lodge and Headingley House, (both demolished).
