3 houses. Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone, slate hipped
roof. Corner terrace. 2 storeys, 6 windows. The 2 houses to
front have symmetrical facades with central fielded-panel door
and rectangular overlight, sashes with glazing bars, plain
painted stone sills. Paired eaves brackets, brick stacks
forward and rear of ridge. Right return (Sagar Place); 4
windows, plain door with overlight bay 3.
