House. Early C19. Stone with brick dressings to openings, with stucco, removed at time
of inspection (June 1985). Stone slate roof 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central hall with 6-panelled
door and decorative round fanlight. 12-pane sashes with timber lintels. Parapet to front
wall swept up at ends. Front elevation has full length 2-storey cast iron verandah with
slender fluted columns and swept copper roof Gable stacks and 1 hipped dormer. Wing
walls sweep down at ends concealing gable lean-to extensions. Right bay extended to
rear under parallel ridged pantiled roof also with gable stacks.
