Office building. Mid C19, with late C19 alterations. Red
brick, with painted ashlar dressings and stucco cornice. Roof
not visible behind renewed brick parapet. 4 storeys; 3:1
window range. Projecting block, to left, has 3 plain sashes
with cornices on brackets. Above, 2 floors each with three
12-pane sashes with eared architraves. Ground floor has late
C20 shopfront. To right, a slightly recessed entrance bay with
a 2-light round-arched plain sash, and cornice on brackets.
Above, 2 floors each with a similar window in plain
architrave. Below, 2 moulded round-arched doorways with shafts
and mask capitals, under a common cornice.
