A Grade II Listed Building in Nottingham, City of Nottingham

Salutation Inn, St Nicholas Street, Nottingham

Rear, fronting Maid Marian Way, has two casement windows flanked to left by a large side wall stack and to right by a gable with a wooden oriel window. C20 brick underbuild, filling a former carriage entrance, with two windows and door. The decorative bargeboards on the gable and the diagonal nogging style of brick infill, both hark back to the Tudor origins of the inn. (Photo Sept 2014).
