House, now offices. c1820, altered mid C19 and late C20. Red
brick, with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with 2
reduced gable stacks. Plinth, first floor sill band, renewed
wooden modillion eaves cornice. 3 storeys; 3 window range of
12-pane sashes. All the windows have wedge lintels with double
keystones. Above again, three 9-pane sashes. Central ashlar
doorcase with round arch and keystone, moulded 6-panel door
and fanlight. On each side, a C19 plain sash, with beaded
panelled shutters.
