Boathouse. Built in 1916 by Augustine Alban Hamilton Scott (1878-1944) for the
Thorneycroft firm to build fast launches carrying torpedoes for the Admiralty.
Slipway which adjoins Nos 1 & 4. Timberframed structure clad in zinc sheeting with
cambered roof. 16 bays with Belfast truss roof and central skylight. 6 roof
trusses have been modified.
