Pair of houses (or villas). 1850. Brick, stuccoed to front; Welsh slate hipped
roof; central ridge stack. Side-entrance, central staircase plan. 2½ storeys.
Each house identical and forming a symmetrical 4-window range. Front: 4 panelled
pilasters; moulded cornice; rusticated ground floor. Victorian frieze at upper
sill level. Ground floor windows with canopies on console brackets. Most windows
blocked, but sashes survive to ground and upper floors of number 363. Side
porches with parapet. 3-window side ranges, the windows boarded. Nos. 363-5
forms part of a group with the adjacent listed 367-9 Park Road.
