Pair of house. c.1850's. Brick with stucco front and slate
roof. 3 storeys with basement, 2 bays to each house.
Ground floor has channelled rustication with rusticated
pilasters; 2nd floor sill band with Greek key ornament. 1st
and 2nd floors have giant panelled pilasters to ends and 2
to centre supporting entablature. Windows are sashed, no
glazing bars, those to ground floor with floating consoled
cornices. Entrance in porches to returns have angle
pilasters, entablatures and gabled blocking courses.
