Formerly Nos 1 and 2 Sutton Place.

Formerly three houses. Early C19. Two storeys red brick. Low pitch hipped slate roof. L shaped group with wing to right and slightly projecting bay to left. Two windows first floor and one on ground floor. The wing has one window facing road and one on return front to each floor. Windows recessed sashes, glazing bars intact, block sills and stucco flat arches with multiple keystones. Elliptical arched opening to vestibule with patera on ceiling. Three six panel doors, one in centre and two facing each other. Wood lattice porch in front with three arched openings divided by lattice panels and with lean-to slate roof.

Nos 33 to 45 (odd) form a group..
