C18 gazebo, brick with flat roof, built in form of a tower. 3 storeys
above attached garden wall, 2 bays width, full height brick buttress.
Sash windows with exposed frames cambered head linings and glazing
bars. The arrival of the first railway train in Rye is said to have
been watched by the local notaries from the top of this gazebo.
