House, now post office. Late C18 or early C19 (probably earlier origin - hint of
previous roof line in north gable end). Ironstone rubble with ashlar front and
squared stone south gable end, Welsh slate roof with coped gables and moulded stone
end stacks. Three storeys. Upper floors 3 windows wide, 3/6 sashes to second floor
and 6/6 sashes to first floor, within raised and moulded architraves. Ground floor
has similar windows, one to left and 2 to right of round-headed entrance in similar,
but more embellished architrave, with keystone. Part-glazed door and fanlight with
Adam style glazing bars. Gabled wing to rear, of brick.
