Farmhouse. Dated 1766. Local stone rubble with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables, with hipped
extension to West gable, brick end chmney stacks. 2-storey with attic, 5 bays. 2-light windows with central stone
mullions and plain beaded surrounds, some iron casement windows with external stays; central boarded door in stone
surround with plain pilasters and shallow moulded anse-de-panier door hood; flat roofed central dormer window; wide 1
bay extension to South gable with windows to match: Date in simple plaque under eaves. Interior not seen.
