House and outbuildings to Bonehill Mill (q.v), now shops. Early C19, brick with plain tile roof; three brick ridge stacks and large internal stack in right corner. Double-depth plan.
Two storeys; six bay, three-window, range of irregular fenestration. C20 half-glazed door to third bay and plank doors to fourth and fifth bays which also have wood cross windows with horizontal glazing bar and two-light windows above; ground floor openings have segmental arches. Gabled two bay elevation to Lichfield Street has plank door with simple doorcase and boarded-up windows.
Interior of ground floor noted as having beams and open fireplace.
Forms part of a group with Bonehill Mill and No. 122 Lichfield Street (q.v).
