Wrongly marked on OS map as Laburnum Cottage. ,House and attached barn. Late C18-
early C19. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. House: 2
storeys, 3 bays; barn of 4 bays with added bay to right. Quoins. House:
central 4-panel door in quoined surround. Flanking C20 12-pane windows in
stone surrounds, ground and first floor. Shaped kneelers, gable coping, end
stacks. Barn on right: cart entrance with segmental arch, left; 3 byre
doors centre and right; 2 square pitching doors, now windows to first floor.
