House and shop. Early C19. Painted brick. Left gable end chequered red
and grey brick. Plain tile roof. Built on canted corner site. 2 storeys
and garret. No plinth to left section, painted stone plinth to right.
Gabled. Rear stacks to left and right. Irregular fenestration of 2
horizontally-sliding sashes with segmental heads, one towards outer end
of each section. Slightly larger similar windows to ground floor. Small
single light with segmental head to right end of longer left section.
Boarded door under flat corniced hood to left end of right section. Late
C19 two-storey addition to right, of painted brick, with slate roof. No
windows. Ground-floor shop front of 2 vertical lights each side of half-
glazed door, under continuous consoled wooden cornice. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
