Pair of chest tombs set within raised stone surround. c1827 and 1854.
Ashlar. Rectangular with corner balusters the sides with 3 paterae set
within circles, end panels with paterae in ovals. Gauge-carved friezes.
Slabs have moulded edges. Left tomb to "Mary Dixon Asquith. Eldest Daughter
of Joshua and Charlotte Asquith, died March 31st 1854. Right tomb to
"Joshua Asquith of Morley", died October 22nd 1827, and other members of
the family. Included for group value.
