Cottage, c.1800 and contemporary wing. Dressed sandstone. Mid C20 concrete
tiled roof with stone ridge and gable copings, block kneelers and corniced
stack at left end. 2 storeys, one window. Entered from rear. Mid C19 sash
window with glazing bars on ground floor; horizontal sash window with glazing
bars on first floor. Mid C19 sash window with glazing bars in single-storey
pent wing adjoining left.
