Late C18. 3 storeys. Bath stone. Projecting plinth, horizontal rusticatlons
to ground floor. Strings at 1st and 2nd floor cill levels. Moulded cornice
and blocking course. Slate roof. 4 windows, one false, to upper floors,
all 4 panes wide. 2 windows, 4 panes wide on ground floor flanking 6-panel
door with plain arched fanlight. 3-centred arched yard entry to right hand.
The 1st floor false window has a painted sign of a Pelican.

Market Cross and the Fountain form a group.
