Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Coursed dressed limestone, concrete
tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-window. Central
planked door in stone chamfered case with 2-light recessed
chamfered mullioned window to right and 3-light to left, continuous
string course carried over door lintel with labels to either side
of windows. First floor has central 2-light mullioned window with
3-light either side. Sun Insurance disc over door. Coped verges.
Left return has 1-light recessed chamfered window to first floor.
Right return has two blocked 1-light recessed chamfered windows to
attic and one blocked 2-light to first floor. Rear has similar
windows. C20 garage attached to left return.
Interior has planked doors, chamfered beams.
