Late Cl8 front to older building. No 2 pebbledashed, No 3 cement rendered.
Gable end tiled roofs, part of No 2 formerly had stone tiles. 2 storeys.
4 windows 1st floor, sashes, outer ones 4 panes wide, inner 2 with altered
glazing. No 2, ground floor, large yard entry to left. 2 windows, sashes,
later glazing bars. Central door of 6 moulded panels in architrave surround,
flat hood over on double scroll brackets. No 3 has 1 window and door of
6 panels, 4 with leaded glazing. Similar hood to No 2. Cellar grille with
flat arch and vermiculated keystone.

The Elm Tree Tnn and Nos 2 and 3 form a group with Greystone House High
Street.
